Our armed forces sacrifice so much.
Most armed forces veterans make a smooth transition from military to civilian life, sadly this is not always the case, and some find the transition more difficult for several reasons and end up homeless.
About Us
We decided to establish The Veterans Coffee Company as a nonprofit organisation to help achieve our vision and goals. To achieve this, we need your support to raise £65,000.00 we are not supported by any government or charitable grants or commercial loans. 100% of donations received will be spent on the equipment and infrastructure we require to achieve our goals.
Creating Opportunities for Veterans
Our main goals are twofold firstly, we want to assist as many homeless veterans and veterans as possible by creating employment opportunities.
Secondly, we want to help improve the lives of serving members and their families by providing funding for projects that will have a positive effect on the military base they are serving at. We need the funding to purchase 2 high specification mobile robot coffee barista kiosks. Initially they will be situated at 2 military bases, these will be supported by a website, working capital and ancillary items.
Assisting Military Families and Veterans for a Better Future
Having served in the military and made the transition to civilian life we decided that we would like to give something back and try to help as many veterans as possible, we also know that life in the military can been difficult for the families of serving members and we want to try and improve facilities and make things a little easier where we can.
Coffee for a Cause: Empowering Veterans & Military Projects
The net profits generated from the coffee kiosks will be divided 50/50. 50% will be used to fund projects on military bases, while the remaining 50% will be utilized by the Veterans Coffee Company to expand operations at other military bases.
Empowering Veterans: Profits will also provide job opportunities for veterans and homeless veterans, fostering a sense of wellbeing and belonging.
